Tis the season!  We’re a couple days away from Thanksgiving and it won’t be long after that you’ll probably be entertaining for the holiday season, attending parties and cooking Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Kwanzaa or Hanukkah dinners (sorry to anyone I may have forgotten).   If someone in your life is vegetarian, consider preparing a few of these for your celebrations.  That simple special touch shows them how much you care.

For those of you preparing a complete vegetarian meal, I’ve put together a collection of recipes that will take you from appetizer to dessert.  This collection of recipes proves you don’t have to have meat on the table to enjoy a hearty meal.  Enjoy the holiday season with your friends and family!
